1. It’s the start of Finals. I woke up what seemed like the earliest in days.. Just to come online and check whether my English is rescheduled. Duno where the idea came from. Fear of having to retake my subjects maybe? Look at what AiWei posted on my FB wall. Lol.. XD
2. English paper. Wrote what I could. Scientific and Medical English. It’s actually alot like our English for Science and Technology (EST) back in Upper Secondary. The information transfer part. Luckily the essay was not typical scientific essays. Lol.. “Knowledge gained from personal experience is more important than knowledge gained from classroom instruction..”
3. Got a new year present. I was fined by the hostel for not putting up a photo at my door. RM10!!! WTHeck??! You think we are still primary school students? Dunno why, since matriks, I have been getting hostels which needs me to put my pretty face at the door. And they make it compulsory.. Nothing better to do?? =.=|||
4. Haha.. Crashed a birthday celebration at night. I was just a passerby actually. They say I have 口福. Hehe.. And the chocolate cake was yummy!! Lol.. It was ChiaYing’s birthday!! The sweetest couple ever. I can’t believe that LoongHui is so romantic. Haha.. All of us there was impressed by his effort. What a cute couple
5. I was exhausted by the suddden excitement and had no mood to study for my practical test the next day. Tried to sleep early instead..

1. Went to pay my fine early in the morning with AiWei. I almost wanted to ‘call a lawyer’ when the office staff told me I could not appeal because it was written there in Black & White that I could if it was within 14 days. Rili Deng.. And the RM10 flew away..
2. Quarantine at 11.30am. Group C.. It was numbing waiting for the quarantine time to be over so that we could start our practical test. We were the last group doing the test. We simply do not know what to read anymore..
3. Dosage Practical Test at approx. 1pm.. As usual, I could not hand in my second extemporaneous.. Lol.. I did mistakes again and again in the calculation. I think I was too nervous again.. Luckily I’m already used to being slow. Or else, I’ll die of nervous breakdown thinking of how my grades would be affected. Lol.. END OF DOSAGE PRACTICAL
4. Doing Antimicrobe Past Year 07/08 with AiWei at night. First time I’m so hardworking. Hoping Antimicrobe won’t kill me on Friday!
5. I’m finally able to laugh like normal. My hearty laugh! It’s back.. But I was laughing at Midnight with AiWei. Haha.. Siao..

1. Can’t really remember what happened except that I woke up earlier and then forced myself to read about SterilityTest & PyrogenTesting. Couldn’t focus at all the night before. And studies progressed slowly like a snail from there.
2. Dinner with AiWei at Tekun Cafe, where we met a few coursemates and blew water. Laughed a lot blowing water with FanSooKheng. Hahahaha XD It was then I realised I couldn’t laugh properly anymore. Stress.. I assume..
3. Vitagen hunt after dinner with both of us ending up with a bottle of soft drinks each. Haha.. Mine is Root Beer while AiWei bought Pepsi.
4. After dinner : My first nap in so many days.. [well maybe not so many days.. XP] So satisfying. Was so happy I managed to wake up!
5. I finally managed to get a start on AntimicrobialTherapy. A lot more to read on but it’s kind of interesting. But my memory capacity is kinda limited. Lol.. By God’s grace, I hope I will understand and remember what I studied. Amen. Hehe
6. Can’t really sleep well nowadays. Lol.. Takes me a long time to just doze off.

Time to get back to life. Hungry. Gotta get breakfast into tummy. Ciao…

Sunday, 1 January 2012 

1. Tried sleeping half an hour before the New Year. But FAILED. Rolled in bed for half an hour and decided to just wake up and study. AND reply my new year messages. LOL XD *note to self : Your Finals start on 3January!!*
2. Wanted to wake up early for the new year. A new beginning maybe? FAILED again.
3. Dislike the fact that it’s so cloudy and the fact that it rained on the first day of the year. I hate rainy days ESPECIALLY in Penang.
4. New Year. None of the atmosphere. Can’t believe that I’m spending it studying. But there wasn’t much input. Haih.
5. AiWei visited me around 4pm++. Both of us missed lunch. She was having her steamed ja-gung (pronounced in the Hokkien way).. I was also preparing for lunch. My nutritious instant porridge. LOL XD Planned for dinner with her at 6.15pm.
6. New Year Dinner ‘reunion’ with the dinner gang : AiWei, Angeline, HuiXin and me It has been so long since we managed to gather all our ‘members’ despite only 4 of us. 7. Very satisfied because I managed to buy a packet of junk food from 7-Eleven. That’s because I seldom do so.. Lol..
8. Being locked in my own room. What a scenario man?!! There was a problem with my door lock and I had to call AiWei to save me. She can’t stop herself from laughing. Haha
9. Very annoyed that my notes are so incomplete. I have to be more hardworking next sem! Is that even possible? Lol.. Luckily AiWei’s soft copies are always complete Paiseh.. Had to intrude her room in the middle of the night…

And then it is 2 January. 11 more days to Temporary Freedom

LOL.. So many grammatical errors and such pasar language…

I almost shared that on FB and I realised that I should update my blog instead.. Studying can be so @#$$%^&* sometimes eh? Haha..

A new year, A new start.

But as I was on the bus back to Penang just now, I had a sudden inspiration.

I suddenly realised that I like the scent of lemons. That it gives me a refreshing feel.

And I suspect some lemons or the extracts (or the Esters ) are being used in detergents. Cuz every time my olfactory nerves catches the scent of it, it puts a smile on my face. Not in my detergent though.

So yea, I’m lemon-crazy now. And this is so random..

Another plus point, I googled some lemon images while typing this and I find myself so happy looking at lemons. I even saw an animated dancing lemon. LOL.. The bright colour of the lemons oso kinda lifts up my spirit too..

Actually I do not know whether it’s an anonymous quote or is it really a quote that I made up. Cuz I realised it way back it secondary school. Yes, in my MGS days!! I tried Googling it but there was no results with the full quote. Maybe I can claim the quote and ‘patent’ it. Hahahaha XD *imagines my name replacing the anonymous above*

Come to think of it. This quote is logical isn’t it? Back in secondary school, I actually realised that friends can get too busy to be with you all the time but it doesn’t mean that they don’t care about you. Homeworks, tuitions & they also need to study la!! They have their own paths in life also!! LOL XD

It’s impossible to have everyone With you All the Time when everyone have separate journeys to be completed. Different roads taken. And those with life journeys in different parts of the world But if we are assured that they will be there For you no matter what, there is nothing to fear Who says that a little distance means that our hearts for our dear ji muis are far apart??

Thus I hate the condemn when people ask “Where are your friends when you need them?” [with the meaning of friends being present physically] Who are you to condemn my friends yea? Do you really know them? Come on, I do not need to see them face-to-face to know that they care about me. Siao ar, come to Penang just to comfort me? LOL XD Even gestures like commenting on emo blog posts show, a random phone call to ask how are you doing, text messages.. Haha.. I’m listing all the means of communication you can think of except meeting face to face just to prove my point

Hello, we live in a modern world now, where friends are not retained in a community. We have real good friends flying off to other places and maybe some stuck near jungles pursuing their education or even working. Those are circumstances preventing face-to-face communication. But Thank God it doesn’t stop the effort to stay connected So stop thinking with the old mentality that they will come rushing over when you have a problem. That’s for the old times when your best friends live just a block away from you, and they can literally run to you (or your house) the moment you ring them up.

So when you’re away from home, in deep thoughts, and you’re looking around (literally) for your True friends, don’t say that you have none. Cuz rmb the quote? There are not necessarily With you. Contact them (not necessarily call) through any ways you can think off  and you’ll see that they are truly there For you when you need them

Bak kata pepatah Melayu, “jauh di mata tapi dekat di hati”.. But then again, this is of course different for the case  of “out of sight, out of mind”.. LOL XD

I believe this is another thing we learn as we grow up
