One long week had passed since I last blogged.
November is here now. 2nd November to be exact. Time flies. It seriously flies when you are enjoying life as it is. I’m gonna miss my lazy life here =) So much of intro.. Swt..
Wednesday & Thursday 28-29/10:
Went to Penang with ZiHan, HuiYee, Chan, CheahAnn & SiewBee. Totally enjoyed the food there!! Gurney Hotel was awesome too. We stayed in Room 1004. The view was good enough.
We really walked a lot!! Our feet were sore due to the long walks we took that we had to soakĀ them in the bathtub.. Hehe. But I still LOVE walking. Pity my shoes though..
Then, there was the incident in the afternoon when we Almost couldn’t get a room there because all 6 of us are NOT 21 YET. Haha.. We had to borrow someone’s IC to register. The whole thing was funny.
I’m gonna miss the Laksa & Cendol at Penang Road.
I like Rapid Penang too. Fast & Comfortable. How come they dont come up with buses like that in Ipoh?
Only 1 regret : I spent a lot in this trip =(
Friday 30/10:
I was actually supposed to get to MGS. But after putting the plan away due to transport problem, I found a myself at “Little India” (as Foong calls it..)
Foong, JiaYi, JienMay, RuoChien & I went there with the aim to learn more about the Indian culture. I am there merely due to this thing called Responsibility. Learnt a little more than what I already knew. From this, I realised another HUGE difference between being educated in SMK & SMJK. It’s the exposure to the different cultures. Hehe I can take this chance to say that I’m proud to be an ex-MGS-ian!! =)
It’s amazing how God puts things into place. After having a cup of Ipoh White Coffee at Old Town, Foong drove us ALL to Greentown. I amazingly got to Ipoh Parade And I finally got to meet up with my Beloved classmates!! =) Haha there goes my transport problem. Dissolved into thin air =) I really have to thank Foong for making it happen for me that day!
Met up with ZhiHui, SokWai & YeeSan. Chatted at Coral Cafe. Both SokWai & YeeSan were mostly listening to ZhiHui & I lamenting about our life in Matrics, but it was good enough seeing both of them =) When they left, ZhiHui & I chatted about other matters. Let’s call it matters of the heart. LOL.. *wink*.. I really had fun sharing! haha..
Then, when I had to wait 1 hour outside Mr.Goh’s tuition centre (ZhiHui’s mum drove me there. Thanks Auntie!!) to carpool home, a kind soul dropped by and sent me home. Haha.. I was wondering if I could join the class if I hadn’t make that call.. I called someone out of boredom while I was waiting and it actually saved me 1 hour of waiting =) Thanks! You see, I really have desperate transport problem on Fridays.. All the while, mum thought I took a bus home. LOL..
